Accessing Your Tickets | If you are a Season Passholder or received your tickets via Monumental Sports Account Manager: To access and view your mobile tickets, sign into your online account through Monumental Sports Account Manager. Bag Policy | In accordance with new safety and security guidelines, bags, backpacks and purses will not be permitted inside Entertainment & Sports Arena effective May 1, 2021. Wallet-size clutches no larger than 5” x 7”, medical bags or parenting/diaper bags no larger than 14″ x 14″ x 6″ are permitted. Any medical or parenting bags (child must be present) that are exempted are subject to security screening. Due to COVD-19 protocols, there are no bag checks or bag storage locations available to the public at Entertainment & Sports Arena. Guests who require entry with medical/parenting bag should plan to arrive early to allow time to go through the additional security screening. |
Cashless Venue | As part of a continued effort to improve the guest experience, Entertainment & Sports Arena has transitioned to a cashless venue to increase the speed of service. Credit cards, debit cards and contactless payment (Apple Pay) will be the only form of payment that will be accepted at concessions, retail locations and vendors. At this time we are not able to support Google Pay. The Reverse ATM is located next to the traditional ATM at Section 104. This will allow fans to load cash onto a debit card valid for in-stadium purchases. |
Camera Policy | Non-professional still cameras (digital or film) are allowed at Go-Go basketball games at Entertainment & Sports Arena. Non-professional lenses are generally defined as lenses less than 6”in length. Professional cameras (generally defined as a camera with a fixed or detachable lenses longer than 6″ or large lenses) are PROHIBITED. |
Getting to the Arena | Public Transportation is available via Metro using the Congress Heights Station (Green Line), by Metrobus using the 92, A2, A6, W4 and W2 lines and by taking the DC Circulator from Union Station to Congress Heights Station. The arena is a 5 minute walk from the Congress Heights Station. ESA is accessible by personal vehicle via I-295, I-395 and the Capital Beltway. We also encourage Go-Go fans to use rideshare services using the arena address: 1100 Oak Drive SE, Washington, DC 20032. |
Parking | Paid, on-site parking is available at the Green Lot (at Malcolm X Ave. & 8th St. SE) using ParkWhiz. The St. Elizabeths Parking Garage is on Cypress Avenue (follow until it inserts with Pecan St SE). |
Prohibited Items | The following items cannot be brought into the arena by spectators during any NBA G League game. Large Banners and Flags: Spectators are not permitted to use or wave flags, banners, signs or other items that are affixed to any pole or stick made of wood, metal, plastic or any other hard material, and that is more than 11 by 17 inches. Additional Prohibited Items includ: Adhesive stickers Balloons Cans or coolers Cigarette lighters Confetti and streamers Fireworks Frisbees or inflated balls Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia Laser pointers Glass containers of any kind (Guests are allowed one empty, plastic or metallic bottle for use at Arena water fountains/bottle refilling stations) Missile or projectile-like objects Monopods, tripods or selfie sticks Noisemakers of any kind (such as can operated air horns, sirens, kazoos, whistles, etc.) Outside food and beverages Pets (with the exception of service animals) Poles and staffs (metal, plastic or wooden) Professional cameras with fixed or detachable zoom lenses longer than 6" and/or tripods. Umbrellas larger than 15” when closed. (Under 15" are permitted) Vaping pens and any smoke/vapor emitting products Video camera and audio recording devices (including camcorders, GoPros, Contour cameras) Weapons of any kind (includes but not limited to guns, knives, mace, chains, spikes, projectiles, tasers, etc.) Wrapped gifts We reserve the right to confiscate items within the arena that may cause a danger or disruption to the event or to other guests. Birthday Party Gifts | Yes! Gifts are allowed into Entertainment & Sports Arena. All gifts must be unwrapped, as wrapped gifts will not be allowed in the arena. Gifts are permitted in bags with loose tissue paper; all items in gift bags must be visible for security screening. Birthday gifts must comply with the prohibited items policy. No stickers, balloons, confetti/streamers, flags/banners, missile or projectile-like objects, or noisemakers are allowed. For more information on Birthday Party FAQs click here. |
Code of Conduct | The National Basketball Association Development League, Capital City Go-Go, and Entertainment & Sports Arena are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable sports and entertainment experience. NBA G League fans have a right to expect an environment where: Players and fans respect and appreciate each other. The arena staff has been trained to intervene when necessary to help ensure that the above expectations are met, and guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest usher, security guard, or guest services staff member. Guests who choose not to adhere to this Code of Conduct will be subject to ejection, without refund, and revocation of their season tickets. They may also be in violation of local ordinances resulting in possible arrest and prosecution. Family Facilities | Baby-changing stations are located in most restrooms throughout the arena. A family restroom is available on the event floor level. Nursing accommodations are also available on the event floor level. |
ADA/Accessible Seating | Entertainment & Sports Arena is committed to providing accessibility and accommodation to all of our guests for their comfort, safety and enjoyment. The arena offers a variety of wheelchair and companion seating locations. Seating locations vary depending on particular events. Please indicate when buying tickets if you require accessible seating. |
Animals | Service dogs that are trained to provide services and tasks for persons with disabilities are permitted. Support or companion animals are not permitted. Guests with service dogs may not take up additional seats unless a ticket has been purchased for the adjacent seat for the service dog. |
Lost and Found | Immediately following each event, Entertainment & Sports Arena is cleaned and any items left in the arena are recovered and given to our management. If you think you may have left some of your personal belongings behind while attending an event, please contact us here and we will promptly get back to you. |
Re-Entry | Entertainment & Sports Arena has a no re-entry policy during events. Guests who need to exit and re-enter due to personal emergencies (i.e. retrieve medicine from vehicle), must first make contact with a Guest Service representative to make necessary arrangements. |
