What are the differences between the Go-Go Beat Birthday Party and the Celebrate Above the Rim! packages?

The Go-Go Beat Birthday Party package is for 10+ guests, and includes $20 in concession value for each attendee, birthday cookies delivered to your seats, a special prize pack for birthday guests, a birthday button for the birthday guest, in-game videoboard recognition, and a custom birthday evite for your party.

The Celebrate Above the Rim! package is for 20+ guests and includes all the aforementioned amenities of the Go-Go Beat Birthday Party package in addition to a private hospitality area, an inclusive food and beverage menu with the option to add cupcakes, Go-Go birthday decorations, and the opportunity to high-five players coming out of the locker room and a postgame meet & great with the team.

Can gifts be brought into the arena?

Yes! Gifts are allowed into Entertainment & Sports Arena. All gifts must be unwrapped, as wrapped gifts will not be allowed in the arena. Gifts are permitted in bags with loose tissue paper; all items in gift bags must be visible for security screening.

Birthday gifts must comply with the prohibited items policy. No stickers, balloons, confetti/streamers, flags/banners, missile or projectile-like objects, or noisemakers are allowed. For a full list of prohibited items, please click here.

Can I bring my own food and/or cake?

Outside food and drink are not permitted inside the arena.

Can I bring my camera to take photos?

Yes! Non-professional still cameras (digital or film) are allowed into the arena. Non-professional lenses are generally defined as lenses longer than 6” in length. However, professional cameras (generally defined as a camera with fixed or detachable lenses longer than 6” in length) are prohibited. No flash photography is permitted, regardless of camera size. Video cameras, or recording video with other devices, tripods, and monopods, are also prohibited.

We reserve the right to refuse cameras that, in the opinion of management, will be used to produce professionally marketed images.

Can I bring bags into the arena?

Guests may not enter the arena with bags, backpacks, purses, or luggage. Wallet-size clutches no larger than 5” x 7”, medical bags or parenting/diaper bags no larger than 14″ x 14″ x 6″ are permitted. Any medical or parenting bags (child must be present) that are exempted are subject to security screening.

Please note, there are no bag checks or bag storage locations available to the public at the Entertainment & Sports Arena.

Are family facilities available inside the arena?

Baby-changing stations are located in most restrooms throughout the arena. A family restroom is available on the event floor level. Nursing accommodations are also available on the event floor level.

Where is parking available?

Limited, paid, on-site parking is available in the Green Lot (at Malcolm X Ave. & 8th St. SE) and the new parking garage behind the arena. Pre-paid parking may also be available for select games via Parkwhiz and is highly encouraged. Pricing may vary. Cash and credit are accepted at both lots. On-street parking is available on the St. Elizabeths campus on a first-come-first-served basis.
