Students Free with Library Card
Students who hold a Public Library card (physical or digital) can attend any Capital City Go-Go home game this season for FREE, with the exception of Education Day on February 6th.
To redeem their ticket, students simply need to show their valid DCPL library card at the CareFirst Arena box office on game day, where they will receive one complimentary ticket. Parents or guardians attending the game will need to purchase their own ticket.
This initiative provides an affordable, accessible opportunity for D.C. youth to enjoy live basketball, stay connected to the community, and experience a safe, family-friendly environment. Students may choose any home game, including theme nights, Family JAMboree Sundays, Youth Sports Night, and more. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and students are encouraged to arrive early to secure the best seats.
This program is open to all library cardholding students and is designed to celebrate literacy, community engagement, and the next generation of Go-Go fans.
