Go-Go Home Opener: What to Expect on November 10th

Capital City Go-Go is BACK and we can’t wait to see you at Entertainment & Sports Arena. The Go-Go host the Maine Celtics for the season opener on Friday November 10th at 7pm.
Here’s what to know, before you go:
Arrival:
Entertainment & Sports Arena is located at 1100 Oak Dr SE, Washington, DC 20032.
Parking: Limited paid on-site parking is available in the Green Lot (at Malcolm X Ave. & 8th St. SE) and the parking garage behind the Arena. Cash and credit is accepted at both lots. On-street parking is available on the St. Elizabeths campus on a first-come-first-served basis.
Metro: The Arena is located directly adjacent to the Congress Heights Metro Station on the Green Line. The Arena is a 3-minute walk from the station. Follow directional signage through the Kiss & Ride parking lot, alongside the Blue Lot and turn right on Oak Dr. SE.
Doors open at 6:00pm, fans can enter through the main entrance (Cherry St.). Get there early to get your free Go-Go Season Magnet Schedule!
In-Game Entertainment
Tip-off is at 7:00pm. Prior to, the National Anthem will be sung by James Murphy. As part of the home opener, there will be special intros for the team so get there early to cheer them on!
Throughout the game there will be live go-go music performed by FutureBandDC, including a halftime show. Fan favorite Wheel of Tosses is back for another season, find out what mystery item you’ll be aiming to catch live at the game.
