The NBA G League announced today that Washington Wizards two-way player Justin Champagnie was named All-NBA G League Second Team for the 2023-24 regular season.

Champagnie averaged 22.1 points, 8.2 rebounds, 3.2 assists, 2.0 steals, and 1.5 blocks while shooting .490 in 24 games played for the Capital City Go-Go and Sioux Falls Skyforce in the G League regular season. Champagnie’s 2.0 steals per game ranked eighth in the league while his 22.1 points per game ranked 10th. He was also one of seven players in the league to average 20-plus points and eight-plus rebounds this season. Champagnie, who signed his two-way contract with the Wizards in March, scored in double figures in every G League game this season, recording a double-double on eight occasions.

Champagnie becomes the third player in franchise history to earn All-NBA G League honors. Jay Huff (2022-23) and Jordan McRae (2018-19) both previously earned All-NBA G League first team honors with the Go-Go. Champagnie also earned NBA G League Player of the Month earlier this year after averaging 26.3 points, 9.1 rebounds, 3.5 assists, 2.1 steals, and 1.4 blocks while shooting .513 with the Capital City Go-Go and Sioux Falls Skyforce in February.

In 15 games (one start) with the Wizards this season, Champagnie averaged a career-high 5.9 points and 3.5 rebounds in 15.7 minutes per game.
