GO-GO ANNOUNCE 2026-27 SCHEDULE 

Home Opener Set for November 14 

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The NBA G League announced today the 2026-27 season schedule for the Capital City Go-Go, NBA G League Affiliate of the Washington Wizards, which will begin on Friday, Nov. 6, with a two-game road series against the Delaware Blue Coats. Capital City’s home slate begins on Saturday, Nov. 14, with a visit from Raptors 905. 

The NBA G League schedule is divided into two parts, with each team playing 14 games in the Tip-Off Tournament followed by a 36-game regular season.  

The Tip-Off Tournament begins on Nov. 6 and concludes during the 2026 NBA G League Winter Showcase in December. Following the Tip-Off Tournament, team records reset before the start of the 36-game regular season. At the conclusion of the regular season, the top eight teams in each conference will qualify for the NBA G League Playoffs, which culminate with the NBA G League Finals in April 2027. The Go-Go’s opponents for the Tip-Off Tournament will be the Delaware Blue Coats, Raptors 905, Greensboro Swarm, Maine Celtics, Long Island Nets, Westchester Knicks, and College Park Skyhawks.  

Capital City’s regular season will tip off with a three-game road trip beginning on Sunday, Dec. 27, to match up against Maine. The Go-Go return for their first regular season contest at CareFirst Arena on Monday, Jan. 4, for a two-game run against the Wisconsin Herd. Their longest stretch away from home will span six games from Friday, Feb. 26, to Sunday, March 14. The Go-Go’s regular season will be capped off by their longest homestand of the year, a five-game run from Tuesday, March 16, to Thursday, March 25, as they play the Laketown Squadron, Cleveland Charge, and Westchester Knicks.  

The Go-Go regular season includes four instances of back-to-back games, including three consecutive series at home against Windy City (Jan. 21 & 22), Grand Rapids and Westchester (Jan 29 & 30), and Laketown (March 16 & 17).
