In a two-game road series against the Raptors 905 (0-8), the Capital City Go-Go (5-2) were able to leave Mississauga with a sweep.

In the first game of the series, the Go-Go mounted an impressive comeback in what was a back-and-forth affair, after trailing by 11 points early in the first quarter. Forwards Ron Harper Jr. and Mouhamadou Gueye led the charge for the Raptors 905, both with 20-point efforts. However, Capital City was able to rally behind Hamidou Diallo’s double-double, as he poured in a team-high 23 points and 10 rebounds. Capital City guards Davion Mintz and Devon Dotson also added 16 and 20 points, respectively, with Dotson dishing out a game-high 10 assists.

In Monday night’s rematch, Capital City jumped out to an early lead, storming out to a 10-0 run, ending the quarter with a 12-point lead. The Go-Go remained in control throughout, paced again by Hamidou Diallo’s game-high 30 points. Devon Dotson also extended his league-high assist total on the season, dishing out 9 dimes alongside 27 points and 14 rebounds in a near triple-double effort. Patrick Baldwin Jr. (20 points) and Gabe Kalscheur (13 points) rounded out a true team effort in which four Go-Go players scored in double figures. Guard Javon Freeman-Liberty led the Raptors 905 with 26 points, followed by a 22-point evening from forward Gradey Dick.

The Go-Go now return home after their time in Mississauga, where they’ll await the Maine Celtics (4-2) for a showdown on Sunday, December 3 at 3 PM. Sunday’s game is the Go-Go's annual Family JAMboree. To get your tickets click here
